REST INSTRUCTIONS:

The return can be requested by 14 days from the reception of the order.

Returned conditions:

The products will be rendered in the original packaging or in a packaging of equal robustness to ensure that they are not damaged during the shipment and will be delivered closed to the courier.

The products to be returned must not have been worn, used and damaged.

They must still present all the original tags and intact safety seals.

The shoes must be tried on a carpet and must be made in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. The shoes made without box or in a damaged box can be refused and sent back to the customer.

The underwear and swimwear must be tried above your linen and without removing the protection sticker.

They will not be accepted rendered that do not respond to all the conditions required.
