Information on shipments

The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in order within 24-72 working hours from the acceptance of the order by Giò Your Identity S.r.l., at the cost expressly indicated on the site before sending the order. Giò Your Identity S.r.l. reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries of requests outside of Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.


As regards the deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any size of importing imports will be borne by the recipient. The customer is therefore invited to contact their country's customs authorities in advance to check the costs and any import limits.


The delivery times indicated by Giò Your Identity S.r.l. They are to be considered purely indicative and a delay compared to them, or the possible delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery and to claim compensation or compensation.

When delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
that the number of hills on delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any case altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal holders).


Any damage to the packaging and/or product or failure to match the number of hills or indications, must be immediately detected by placing specific indication on the product delivery bubble to be returned to the carrier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided for in this document.
