General conditions of sale

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract

1.1 The contract stipulated between Giò Your Identity srl. (Hereinafter "Giò Your Identity") and the customer (ie the person, a natural person, who makes the purchase on the site, not referable to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must Understanding concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Giò Your Identity. 1.2 By placing an order in the various methods provided, according to the order form on the site (hereinafter "order"), the Customer declares that he has read all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure and to accept them in full conditions Generali (hereinafter the "conditions").


1.3 These conditions may be printed or saved on durable support, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

2. Purchase mode

2.1 The products offered for sale by Giò Your Identity are exclusively those on the Thu Clothing website at the time of the ordering of the order, as described in the relative information sheets.


2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive card of a product are purely information and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the site and view the images).


2.3 To place an order, the customer must fill in the appropriate form on the site and send it after having carefully examined the conditions and characteristics of the product and/or products it intends to buy. 2.4 The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Giò Your Identity by means of an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the order by the Customer, so that the same can verify them and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.

3. Prices and methods of payment

3.1 The prices indicated on the site are to be considered including taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges are however previously communicated to the customer through the site or these conditions.


3.2 The following payment methods are available:

(i) Paypal
The customer can use the PayPal circuit for payment according to specific payment methods.
(ii) credit card
In cases of purchase of the goods with a credit card payment methods, the transaction can be made via the PayPal safe server or other safe server chosen by Giò Your Identity.

4. Product delivery and related expenses

4.1 The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order within 24-72 hours by the acceptance of the order by Giò Your Identity, at the cost expressly indicated on the site before sending the order. Giò Your Identity reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries of requests outside of Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.


4.2 With regard to the deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any importing import charges will be borne by the recipient. The customer is therefore invited to contact their country's customs authorities in advance to check the costs and any import limits.


4.3 must be considered the delivery times indicated by Giò Your Identity with a purely indicative title and a delay compared to the same, or any delivery made with fractional subsequent shipments do not give the customer to refuse the delivery and request for compensation or compensation .


4.4 At the time of delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:

5. Right of withdrawal


5.1 Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer can withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without motivation and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.


5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must send to Giò Your Identity a communication in this sense, within the terms indicated, to the following e -mail address: assistance.gioyourcentity@gmail.com


5.3 In case of withdrawal, the customer can return the products to Giò Your Identity within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal at the following address Giò Your Identity srl, with headquarters in Corso Mediterraneo, 245 87029 Scalea CS P.iva: 03595850789., A its load, through subsidized returns. . The right of withdrawal may not apply to products for which the customer has requested customization.

5.4 Giò Your Identity will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, by means of the statorno procedure as the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not have to incur any cost as a consequence of this reimbursement. Giò Your Identity will be able to suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the returned product or until the customer shows that he has correctly returned the product, if previous.


5.5 In any case, the Customer lapses from the right of withdrawal in cases where Gior Your Identity ascertains that:
the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
The product is without the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
The product is devoid of integral elements the same and/or accessories (e.g. closings, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Giò Your Identity will return the purchased product to the sender, charged the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.

6. Guarantees

6.1 All the products sold by Giò Your Identity are covered by a guarantee of 24 (twenty -four) months for the defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To take advantage of the guarantee service, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document.


6.2 The guarantee for compliance defects applies to the condition that the relative product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and instructions for use and washing present in the E/O with the product.


6.3 If, for any reason, GIò Your Identity is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or repalcated) to the customer, or if the repair or replacement is excessively onerous, also due to the value of the product, Giò Your Identity may proceed with the congruous reduction of the price paid, or the reimbursement of the entire amount paid to the termination of the contract.


6.4 In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment).

9. Applicable law

9.1 The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is regulated by Italian law, with the disapplication of the rules of conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention for the international sale of goods.
